The Girl in Two Worlds continues the story of Suzanne and Themis, deepening the ancient Greek intrigue first explored in The Boy in Two Minds. Themes of romance, identity, and coming of age take on a greater role in this sequel, and while the content is somewhat more mature than in the first book, I would still readily recommend it to readers who enjoyed the original. It’s a rich opportunity to revisit the world of ancient Athens, brought vividly to life through the author’s lively and immersive storytelling.
I have no hesitation in awarding this splendid sequel 5 stars.
