Sky Touched (Chaos & Retribution Series Book 2) by Author Eric T Knight – Book Review

The world of Karliss is beautiful and dangerous. The fate of his clan rests in his hands as he must learn to control a power that is entirely too tempting.

Introductions are over. This is the second installment in the epic series, “Chaos and Retribution” by Eric T Knight.

Sky Touched follows the growth and development of all three children gifted with nature’s elements as the first installment into the series, but mainly focuses on Karliss, who is gifted with the power of Air.

Karliss’ story is compelling. He is growing with celeriry as a character, and he has many supportive friends who have personalities that contrast with his. After discovering his abilities, Karliss seeks more knowledge, improves his abilities by interacting with the aranti wind spirits. They are mysterious, but they are shown to be powerful and intriguing.

However, Karliss discovers how dangerous and lethal his power can be when a ritual goes wrong. Karliss must now learn to master his power without succumbing to the insanity that befalls those who come too close to the power of the Sky. And he must act quickly before the Guardian Kasai destroys his clan.
