Murder Steampunk Style: A Short Story By Author Lisa M. Lane – Book Review

Murder Steampunk Style by Lisa M. Lane was a lovely read. It may only be twenty-seven pages, but it was mighty and entertaining. The story is exceptionally well edited and professional.

The character’s were written well and I was invested in the story. The storyline is a tale of time travel, community and a murder mystery all rolled into one. It was fast-paced, exciting, and none of the scenes lagged. The dialogue was believable and realistic and aided in moving the plot along at a fast pace.

I didn’t guess who the murderer was so I was pleasantly surprised. I would have happily read more but it works incredibly well as a short story.

I award 5 stars.
