The Glow in Loretta’s Garden By Author Lois Wickstrom – Book Review

Join Loretta in discovering fireflies buried in the garden and see how she witness’s first hand in her ant farm how these insects grow and develop into flying orbs of light.

‘The glow in Loretta’s garden’ is written by Lois Wickstrom, a former science teacher with a B.A  in biology. This book is a great way to introduce children into the development of firefly’s. The cover art is really good but the internal illustrations at times appear blurry / smudged and could do with a little work to sharpen and improve their overall appearance. I award this book 3.5 stars.
