Jump Scare By Author Shania Guha – Book Review

I enjoyed this book of six chilling tales by this eleven-year-old author. Written in a language perfect for ages nine to eleven, these tales of horror are written in such a way they make you feel you’re sitting around the campfire, telling ghost stories. None of these stories have blood or violence in them. Rather, the story stays with you for a short time, making you think about things. I highly recommend getting this book for your middle-aged reader! The book has a reminiscent feel to it. It made me think of the ‘Are You Afraid of the Dark?’ and ‘Goosebumps’ books. I award 5 stars.
