Incursion By Author Christopher Joyce – Book Review

Incursion is set on a planet outside our solar system and sees a group of scientists studying the planet. The planet initially seems lifeless however following their arrival on the surface the scientists find there is. For a novella this story does pack quite a punch. The story is original and the characters are believable. The plot develops at a good pace and given the limited page count needs to. In fact the only drawback is that the book isn’t bigger, allowing the author to develop the characters even more and really engage the reader in their individual personalities. All in all though a solid read and a great twist at the end to keep you turning the pages. I award this book 4 stars.
